This residence is located opposite to Stone House (1) and is exactly the same in design however it does have an additional bedroom. Stone House (2) has been finished to a very high standard and decorated in a contemporary design with all the finishing touches to add to your holiday enjoyment with a spacious sun terrace, lovely pool, Jacuzzi and well tendered garden. A perfect villa in every respect.

The villa is elevated so offers lovely beach and sea views; on entering the villa you will either enter via the kitchen or through the patio doors leading into the lounge area. The lounge is very nicely furnished in contemporary design and has comfy sofas to relax on, a stone fire place with satellite TV and DVD player to add to your holiday enjoyment. Adjacent to the lounge is a large dining table for eight (so invite some friends for that BBQ) and this will then lead you into the kitchen area which is very well equipped and has all the “mod cons” you could possible require; as mentioned before there is a door which will lead you to the outside terrace and BBQ area – ideal for the chef in your family.
The ground floor also comprises of a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC and a furnished terrace with views across the ocean On this level too there is a cloakroom with WC. The villa has been enhanced by locally sourced stone and mixes a traditional feel with a modern, contemporary.
On the upper level you will find the bedrooms all decorated and designed in the same fashion as the rest of the house. The master bedroom features a double bed, a private furnished terrace with sea views, satellite TV and a modern style bathroom. The additional bedrooms are on this level too and have twin beds with bathrooms.
This is really a wonderful villa to stay in offering a high standard of comfort in a prime position to the beach and village of Pefkos. |
