Terms & Conditions
eHoliday Collection company registration number is 7942172 and is a private limited company.We are bonded by the TTA (Travel Trust Association) and our number is Q0585. Further details can be found at www.traveltrust.co.uk. We are also members of ATOL and our licence number is T7473. So you are fully protected.
All of our rates are fully inclusive of all taxes and all services as stated relating to the relevant property. Any additional service (air conditioning/crib/extra beds etc. etc.) will be paid directly to the proprietor upon arrival.
Villas and apartments in Mallorca, Menorca, Costa Blanca, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Corfu
A deposit of 30% of the total booking is required in order to confirm the reservation and full payment is required 70 days prior to departure.
Cancellation: More than 71 days loss of deposit 30% Between 70 to 51 days: 50% of total villa cost Between 50 to 35 days: 75% of total villa cost Between 34 days to departure date 100% of total villa cost
Villas and apartments in Zakynthos, Paxos, Rhodes and Andros
A deposit of 30% of the total booking is required in order to confirm the reservation and full payment is required 70 days prior to departure.

Hotels A deposit of 3 nights charge is required to confirm your reservation and full payment is required 30 days prior to departure.(some exceptions may apply)
Cancellation: Prior to 31 days will be a fee of £100 30 - 10 days will be a 3 night charge 09 days to departure will be at 100%
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and normally takes two to five days.
Travel documents: All travel documents will be sent via email where ever possible and will be desptached 14 days prior to your departure. Once received, if you have any questions please contact your travel specialist on 0203 397 3125.
Payments: If you are making payment by a credit there is a surcharge of 2.5% and debit cards at no fee. You can always make a direct payment on line to our bank account at Natwest Bank (please ask for bank details) or by cheque for reservations outside of 60 days. Once payment has been made by any of the above means you agree to adhere to the "terms and conditions" of eHoliday Collection. Any refunds will be made within ten working days.
If payments are made via a deposit cheque and are returned to eHC as "insufficient funds" a bank charge is due which will be paid by the customer. The rate will be from £25 and you will be advised once the cheque has been cleared.
As we are members of the TTA (Travel Trust Association www.traveltrust.co.uk) your payments go directly into a holding account which is governed by a Trustee and the payment is made directly to the villa , apartment owner or service supplier.So your money is always protectedincase of any event. Our TTA registration number is Q0585.
Upon receipt of payment an invoice will be despatched to you via email within five working days. Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Alterations by you: If you need to make any amendments to your confirmed booking we will do our best to assist and make that relevant change at a fee from £15 to cover all administration costs plus any difference in accommodation costs. If you are changing to another property within 70 days of departure additional fees may be incurred and we will advise you of these as all properties are different. Any car hire cancelled after the booking has been confirmed will be charged at £30 per vehicle.
Flight changes:
Flight changes are subject to change by the airline and we do not have any control over this. If you confirm a day departure (0500 hrs to 1800hrs) you will be changed to an alternative flight operting the outward leg between those hours. An evening flight will be from 1801 hrs to 2100 hrs and a night flight from 2101 to 0200 hrs.We will alsways do our best to amend the flight to the best times possible,
Erratas: Any changes to facilities/services within the hotel or villa will be notified to you as soon as possible and if necessary we will do our utmost to find alternative accommodation for you. All prices on our website are shown per day including all taxes and local fees. Any quote errors will be adjusted accordingly and will be reinvoiced to show the lesser/higher ammount.
Passports and Visas: A full passport valid for travel to all of our destinations. You must make sure that your passport is valid for that particular country including any visas you may require.
Our accommodation: We chose our accommodation with care and have a philosophy of “would my mum stay here?” All properties are different and will include all facilities as per the website description. We do suggest that you bring your own pool/beach towels as these will not be provided. Some of our villas and houses are located in more out of the way areas which is why they are so special, so please take into account that they may be some distance from the nearest taverna or shop. We will always indicate location in the property description though.
Greek Orthodox Easter: One of the most spectacular, celebration of Easter has to be in Greece and if you can travel then the weather will be normally warm and the wine will be flowing! It is a true, village celebration with the word on everyone lips of “Christos Anesti” - Christ has risen”

Force Majeure: Circumstances beyond our control Except where we say differently elsewhere in these conditions, we can not pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if, as a result of circumstance beyond our control, or we, or our supplies cannot supply your holiday, as we, or they, had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we, or the supplier in question, could not foresee or avoid, even after taking reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but not limited to, war, threat of war, ash clouds, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial action, bad weather, change to Foreign Office advice to advise against travel to destination and significant building work on-going outside of your accommodation (such as resort/area improvements).
Special offers: Are subject to space and are limited and can be withdrawn at any time. The 10% discount does not apply to 15th July to 31st August, Easter and Christmas reservation. Discount applies t0 2012 bookings only.
Free pool heat on selected villas on Lanzarote: The pool heat will normally increase between 5 - 10c from the outside tempretaure. This is on selected villas only as shown on website. No refunds will be given on pool heat.
Security Deposits: Not all of our villas require security deposits; however some do and these will be paid on arrival to our local office. The deposit will be refunded 10 days after deposit if paid by credit card and will vary from 50 Euros. Please ask your travel specialist for further details relating to your villa.
2013 Special Offers: Free Wifi, car hire, welcome hampers, air conditionning etc on selected villas and subject to availability.
Exchange rates: Our rates were calculated as per TTA Euro rates as of October 2012. Any difference in exchange rate will be notified at the time of the reservation and the prices shown on the website will be increased/decreased accordingly. Please understand that any increase due to the value of the Euro to the GBP is out of our control.
Facebook Adverts and Campaign: The winner of the free villa rental posted on FaceBook on March 29th will be notified on April 30 2013. The rental will be in low season and only if the eHoliday Collection FaceBook page obtains 3000 new "likes".There is no cash alternative and the date of departure will be advised by eHC and not the winner of the cometition
