Can I rent a cot or a high chair?
Not all houses have cots/high chairs, and these are supplied as an additional service and charge. We are reliant on them being supplied by owners/agents, and they will vary in size, age, and may not conform to British Safety Standards. Owners maids are asked to keep cots clean, and check for damage. Clients must therefore satisfy themselves as to their suitability prior to using them, and immediately advise the supplier. We recommend whenever possible that clients bring their own travel cots.

When to Travel?
The climate and local weather conditions can vary. An Indian summer in October can be hotter than a cool August. Ask the relevant Tourist Office for details, or look up a reliable weather website, or ask your consultant for guidelines. Early season clients find their villa fresh from a major spring clean, gardens lush, green and colourful, the countryside at its best, locals revitalised after the winter and pleased to see you - and no crowds.

Can I have an extra bed in the villa?
Extra beds are available only if within the maximum occupancy of the villa, or by agreement with the owner, and a charge will be made. The exception to this may be when double beds may make child occupancy difficult. They may consist of a sofa which converts into a divan, or a simple fold up Z-bed type, more suitable for a young person. Remember, no shelf/hanging space will be available.
