Casa Rito is a first class country house with parts of the original structure dating back to the 17th Century. It offers terracotta tiles, many original wooden beams and lots of natural light which create a rustic enchantment of a bygone Majorcan age.
The property is a superb example of rustic features with a modern twist giving a calming and relaxed atmosphere in all of the rooms, each offering their own individual character and ambience.
THE VILLA The ground floor offers a living room with a fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen with side door to the sun terrace. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a solid oak table with access the front terrace. A lovely twin bedroom with access to the garden terrace and en-suite shower room. A corner seating area with wooden stairs leading up to an open plan double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Guest cloakroom and separate utility room with the washing machine.
The upper floor boasts two bedrooms; the fantastic master bedroom with two double beds, walk in wardrobes, en-suite shower-room and direct access to the private upper sun terrace with views across fields to distant mountains. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Adjoining the main house is the delightful annexe that offers a living room with open fireplace. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom each with en-suite shower room. There are an additional two bedrooms (one double and one twin) which share a full bathroom.
On the main terrace is a lovely open sided casita perfect for summer living charmingly furnished with cushioned bamboo seats, dining area with music system, BBQ, kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, hob, tennis table and shower/wc. The main focus point outside is obviously the large swimming pool which is surrounded by well-kept lawns ideal for the children to play.
Within the gardens are a few secluded spots ideal for that afternoon siesta or time to read that book. |
