This beautiful property is situated in open rural countryside approximately 10-15 minutes by car from Cala D'or and the golf course of Vall D'or is closer is just a 10 minute drive away. You reach the house via a country lane from the nearby village of S'Horta, where there are a number of shops including a baker, mini market and restaurants. The beautiful sandy coves (and there are many!) are all within a ten minute drive as well.

The Villa
As you approach the house you cannot help but be impressed by its elegance and beautiful grounds. There is an intercom system at the gate as well. On entering the hallway the owners’ exquisite taste is very evident and decorated in a traditional Spanish theme with dark wood and cool slate floors. Located just off the hallway are a cloakroom and WC and this leads in through double doors to the comfortable lounge and open plan dining area.
There is a large feature fireplace and TV (satellite) and DVD player. The villa also boasts Wi-Fi access – although you will need to bring your own laptop. Leading from the more formal dining area there is a further, more simply furnished, breakfast room with large table and seating for 10. The well fitted oak kitchen is located next and comes complete with microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry with washing machine for your added convenience. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: the spacious double bedroom, with TV and ensuite master bathroom with a Jacuzzi corner bath, walk in shower and marble vanity units and the pretty twin bedroom with shared bathroom.
From the main hallway you will take the impressive staircase up to the first floor and three further air-conditioned bedrooms. There are two twin rooms each with bathroom en-suite, whilst the third bedroom is a pretty double with bathroom en-suite. All three bedrooms on this level have TV with satellite facility (limited channels). From the lounge you will lead to the enormous outside covered terrace which overlooks the main focal point of the villa – the pool and beautiful countryside.
Outside
There is a superb covered terrace and a few steps lead down to the swimming pool with central statue (partly submerged) and with an extensive splash area for children to play and enjoy. Spacious terraces surround the pool and a major feature here is the” barbeque summer kitchen” with seating for those meals al-fresco.
Simply one of the finest villas in our programme and early booking is highly recommended. |
