The villa
Miguel Angel is a bright new construction (2011) villa built to a modern style with luxury-modern features. The house is stylish and furnished to a very high standard and offers different living spaces to relax and enjoy the comfort and natural light that the house offers either inside or out. On the ground floor there is a bright open-plan living room and kitchen separated by a stone archway. The living area is bright and airy with high beamed ceilings and large French-windows leading to the charming covered terrace and pool area. There are comfortable sofas and a feature stone wall with a built-in fireplace and a flat-screen plasma TV; a wonderful place to relax. The kitchen is spacious and modern with high quality fittings.
From the kitchen there is a door to the dining terrace and pool area. On this floor there is also WC cloakroom. Marble stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms - two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom and a master double with en-suite shower-room and access to a small private terrace with a laundry room. There are also steps from here to a large roof terrace with views to the hills and the surrounding countryside.
Outside
The lovely covered terrace is furnished with comfortable terrace furniture which is perfect to relax. There is also a built-in barbecue, a teak dining table and chairs to enjoy “al fresco” meals. At the far corner of the garden there is a big corner sofa, the perfect spot for chill out or read your favourite book. The fully enclosed garden has a lawn area and terracing around the pool (7m x 3,50m) and sun beds to enjoy the peaceful and sunny summery days. There is a gated short driveway with room to park 2 cars. A very central location and all of the amenities are just s short stroll away. Book early for this wonderful retreat! |
