Encinares Cala is a great town house in a fantastic location near the beautiful bay of Cala San Vicente. This is a quiet and relaxed resort with pine-covered hills running down to the three beaches and the crystal clear sea.
Pollenca itself is also very nearby, just a ten minute drive away. The house is in a quiet residential area and although is in a building with another two properties this one has its own private swimming pool and terraces.

Inside, the house is light and cool and traditionally Mallorcan. The lounge and dining room is really airy, with a dining table, two sofas and stone fireplace. Double doors from here lead out onto the front terrace views. There is satellite TV, a DVD player too.
The separate fitted kitchen has appliances such as gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. A glass door opens onto a side terrace with access to the pool and barbecue area. The villa has three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and two new bathrooms, one with a full bath and the other one with a shower.
A holiday at Villa Cala is a great way to discover this beautiful small resort. Beaches and hidden coves, restaurants and cafes are all just a short walk from the house. There is also a very picturesque longer walk through a mountain pass from Cala San Vicente to Puerto Pollenca; and this part of the island is also a great area for walking and cycling.
