This country house is set in over ten acres of olive, pine, lemon and orange groves so an ideal spot for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers enthusiasts. The residence has been furnished in a country style providing a relaxing ambience complemented with inner stone walls and original tiles.
On entering from the front covered terrace is the living and open plan dining room with satellite TV, DVD, seating area and eight seater solid pine dining table. Adjacent to the lounge is the well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, full fridge/freezer, electric oven/hob and a separate breakfast nook.
The bedrooms are al tastefully furnished with the master bedroom having a double four poster bed, full ensuite bathroom with shower and views across the countryside. One of the twin bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower and the two additional bedrooms both have ensuite shower rooms with WC. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The magnificent 12 metres swimming pool has curved child friendly Roman steps and it is surrounded by pool side furnishings. There is an immaculate lawn and gardens and a beautiful open fronted stone casita where you can enjoy freshly home cooked BBQ´s and totally relax with the family or friends. Beyond the formal gardens are extensive fields where you will see family horses, sheep, peacocks and goats.
