This is one of our favourite villas as it offers a very homely and cosy feel as soon as you enter but also due to its wonderful location just a 10 minute walk to the historical old town of Pollensa with its array of restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, bars and cosmopolitan Plaza.

This semidetached villa offers lots of charm and character and is surrounded by mature trees, plans and colourful plants adding to the feel of privacy.

You enter the villa via one of the terraces and directly into the open plan lounge and dining area which is nicely furnished with a sofa with armchairs, TV, fireplace and the dining area adjacent. The kitchen is nicely equipped for all your culinary needs and at the opposite end of the house is a twin bedroom with full bathroom with shower and WC. On the upper level is the additional double bedroom with a full bathroom with shower and WC.

The garden area is very pretty and features an abundance of shrubs and plants with the swimming pool being the main focal point. The sun terrace offers sun loungers with umbrellas and at the far end of the garden is the “summer kitchen” with BBQ, sink and small fridge – so an ideal escape from the warm sunshine for lunch!.

A wonderful location minutes from Pollensa and offering a country feel!
