Approaching from the front covered terrace, the large oak studded door opens directly into the spacious living room with two sofas and satellite TV plus a DVD player. A large fitted rustic style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and a fridge/freezer has direct access to the rear terrace with views to the roman stepped swimming pool and gardens.
There is also a small built in barbecue area with a shower room and a washing machine. The bedrooms are to the left of the living room, they comprise of one master bedroom and three twins, all sharing two full bathrooms and all completes with fitted wardrobes. There is also air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The comfortable furnishings complement the classic décor and the local style design and it is combined with terracotta tiles and oak beamed ceilings throughout.
The mosaic swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by lawn and a covered terrace with a wooden dining table and benches has stunning views onto the Puig de Maria hill. Completes the exterior of the villa a built in barbecue and a shower room
