The villa is on two levels and all of the rooms are bright and spacious adding again to its charm and furnished in typical Mallorcan fashion with beamed ceilings, white washed walls and terracotta tiles. You enter the residence via a large covered terrace with a mixture of bougainvillea and plants and into a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with comfy sofas, satellite TV, an open fire place for the winter months and a dining table for six.
The kitchen is adjacent and is modern in design and offers all the “mod cons” the chef of the family would need. The utility room with washing machine is adjacent too. On the ground floor too you will find one double and one twin bedroom which both share a full bathroom with shower and WC. On the first floor there is another twin and double bedroom which both share an additional bathroom with shower and WC and wonderful views across the garden and pool area.
Outside offers a plenty of space to relax as well from one of the many patios or furnished sun terrace to the sparkling swimming pool. At the side of the villa is an al fresco eating area and BBQ. |
