This traditional residence is all on one level and boasts a wonderful kidney shape swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace and in turn by pine, palm and oak trees adding total privacy to the swimming pool area. The terrace has a pergola which in the summer is covered with plants making an ideal spot for an al fresco eating area during the warm summer months.
The interior of the villa is decorated in typical Mallorcan fashion with white washed walls, beamed ceilings, cool tiled floors and traditional wooden furnishings. The two bedrooms offer a traditional Mallorcan antique hand carved double bed, French patio doors leading to the sun patio so an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an early morning dip! The other twin bedroom is nicely furnished again with traditional wooden beds and both bedrooms share a full bathroom.
