 This traditional house is tucked away in the scenic countryside of Pollensa and offers a combination of modern conveniences with “old world” charm. The old town of Pollensa is very close by and the resort of Puerto Pollensa is 3.5 kms away offering a beautiful sandy beach and many amenities.

The villa has been restored preserving traditional wooden beams and open stonework and offers four bedrooms over two floors. The ground level offers an open plan lounge and dining area, with direct access to the swimming pool, a nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine to name a few of the appliances and at the far end of the house is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The additional bedrooms are on the upper level and share a full bathroom.

The outside swimming pool is the main focal point and is surrounded by a mature garden, sun terrace, BBQ, al fresco eating area and offers privacy for you to relax and enjoy your holiday!
