 We are delighted to include Villa Guillonet in our portfolio – it is simply a stunning conversion and offers peace and quiet, surrounded by olive trees and countryside, yet just a short distance to the beautiful village of Pollenca with its pretty main square, church and typical Spanish feel.

The cottage is on two levels and it has been renovated with passion with a modern, contemporary twist in a building that dates back to the 18th Century. It has retained so much charm with its tall beamed ceilings, stark white walls, and a mixture of tiled and wooden floors. The open plan lounge and dining area boasts a comfy leather sectional sofa, wood burning fire, satelite TV with DVD player and dining area. The modern kitchen is adjacent with all “mod cons” and on this level too you will find a shower room and WC.

The stone staircase leads to the mezzanine style bedroom which offers views over the countryside and the additional bedroom and second shower room and WC.

The outside patio is an ideal spot for breakfast with olive trees, lawn and garden surrounding you. The cottage is quite magnificent and is one of our favourites due to its charm and quiet surrounding.

Please note that there is a farm nearby so you may hear the sound of sheep.
