Villas in Old Alykanas

Alykanas is split into the old and new section. Our properties are on the older, more relaxed, quieter village with its crystal water and glorious sandy beach which shelves very gently, making it ideal for children. The village has a tiny center, a small supermarket run by Denis and his family. There is also Shoestring Taverna on the beach and another taverna close by specialising in fresh fish. For a wider variety of tavernas and cafes a short stroll (15 mins or so) will bring you to the “newer” Alykanas. It’s ideal to explore the sandy beach and countryside by bicycle. Life here is quiet and unhurried and will soothe away the stress of day - to - day living. A great spot to relax, take a midday dip, and enjoy the rays.

This penthouse studio is located in the village of Old Alykanas and just a stone throw from the beach (1 min walk!) so a perfect location to unwind and relax in this peaceful hamlet. Obviously being a penthouse the studio is located at the top of the Lithari and offers commanding views across the hamlet and out to sea.
